The company is a technical cooperation unit
of Shanghai Material Research Association, a member of Zhejiang
Foundry Association and one of hi-tech enterprise of Ningbo
city, which has passed ISO9001-2000. It specializes in producing
stainless steel rod (spec: ¡é8mm~¡é65mm) and pattern forge steel
rod (spec: ¡é120mm below), stainless steel hex bar(spec: opposite
side: 8mm~50mm), stainless steel metal strip(spec: 0.08mm~1.5mm
thickness, less than 200mm
width) and stainless steel precision castings. There are 200
series, 300 series, and 400 series stainless steel, refractory
steel (Brand No:HC,HD,HH,HK,HF etc.) and various special stainless
steel and our company can still produce extra low carbon stainless
steel such as 304L,316L and so on.
Precision casting adopts melting mould foundry process such
as silicon sol process, soluble glass process and composite
process of silica sol-soluble glass to produce stainless steel
pipefittings, hardware workpieces of valve, machinery fittings,
ship fittings and aviation fittings and so on. Products are
widely used in many fields such as chemical industry, medicine,
architecture, foodstuff, automobile, shipping, aviation and
spaceflight and exported far to Europe, America and Southeast
Asia etc.
Established in 1997, the company is located in Beilun Development
Zone, Ningbo City, which has obvious district advantage: close
to Beilun Port in the north, near Ningbo Airport and Tongsan
Expressway in the west and neighboring Putuo Mountain of Zhoushan
Isle with beautiful scenery in the east. The company has advanced
equipments and rich technical force. It has various process
equipments such as 3-ton intermediate frequency induction electric
furnace, matching AOD refinement furnace, fuel tunnel baking
furnace, full automatic injection wax machine etc. and various
testing equipments such as OBLF direct-reading spectrograph
and 3-D coordinate etc. Now the company has nearly more than
200 employees, 15 technicians, 5 engineers and 2 senior engineers.
